Steve Boscardin

Steve Boscardin

A 40-year construction professional, Steve has an extraordinary depth of knowledge gained through past and current field experience.  He provides hands-on involvement in the firm’s projects, working closely with clients and staff.  Steve embodies the firm’s philosophy that “Relationships are Everything”.  He received his B.S. in Engineering Management from Purdue University and is a Certified Construction Quality Control Manager through the US Army Corps of Engineers.  Additional credentials include OSHA 30-Hour Certification for Construction Safety and OSHA Hazard Communications.

Brad Nydahl

Brad’s previous role as CEO of a major construction services firm and more than 40 years of experience have given him the opportunity to work with teams across state lines and on projects of every size and scope.  His leadership skills and focus on staff development have been essential cornerstones in NVC’s continued growth and success.  Brad and Steve have worked together for 20+ years, with extensive experience in the Phoenix marketplace.

Cort Darling

Cort began his construction career in 2003, working with Brad Nydahl and Steve Boscardin at Howard S. Wright, after receiving his B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

On the job, Cort provides senior leadership for a number of concurrent projects, working directly with our clients, project teams, and trade contractors to accomplish project goals.  Involved in the early stages of preconstruction planning through project construction and close-out, he ensures a continuity of leadership and project understanding throughout.
