These communities feature a welcoming residential style in a two- or three-story facility of approximately 95,000 sf. Each community offers approximately 140+ assisted living beds and a 25-suite memory care unit (50 separate apartments that share a bathroom and nine single rooms). The facilities also offer numerous high-end amenities such as dining room options, cafés, exercise rooms, multi-media theaters, large community spaces, craft areas, and more.
