William Tacy is a dedicated and talented athlete and professional who gives his all to everything he does. As an employee of KBE Building Corporation, he hardly ever misses a day of work and as a Special Olympics’ participant, he trains in sports year-round to excel as an athlete. Although an individual with an intellectual disability, his gifts, talents and abilities far outshine and outnumber any limitations others might perceive him to have.
